CLEAR IMPACT ACRYLICS is looking for a General Manager to oversee operations in its Kansas City, MO, USA, facility.

CIA is a complete fabrication facility for quality commercial and retail displays, custom acrylic displays and component parts. CIA utilizes many substrates, including: ABS, PETG, acrylic polycarbonate, foam PVC, styrene, and mirror. Our capabilities are, but not limited to, CNC routing, cut-to-size, drilling, machining, edge finishing and polishing, bending and forming, gluing and assembly and screen printing, along with complete project fulfillment.  

We are looking for an individual with three to five years of experience in production management, preferably within the plastics industry. CNC experience is required and a technical engineering background is preferred.

As a PALRAM sales representative, you will develop and execute the long-term strategy for the market channel of the multiwall/flat sheet business and deliver volume, sales and profit commitments for each product line within the offerings across these selected channels of distribution. The position requires working cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization to seek input, gain agreement and ensure that marketing programs and sales goals are delivered on time and on budget. Primary responsibilities will be to sell product through IAPD Distributors and also will include monitoring marketplace trends, market pricing. Your input will be solicited on market programs, such as, promotional/creative positioning, advertising and public relations, product improvements and new product development
